Got a take away hotdog and chips. Bloody delicious. Great staff here. Kitchen was so organised and managed. Clearly, everyone here knows their job. I would love to eat in here next time I am in Adelaide. Bar looks well stocked.
Our table got the chicken wings, onion rings, the 300g burger, pulled pork, and the birria burger. Everything was fantastic! I hope I get the chance to come back. The vibe is dark and modern with a focal wall of musicians eating! It's worth the trip.
This bar is fantastic! They offer a great selection of wine and beer, and the food is amazing. I was particularly impressed by the corn ribs – it was my first time trying them, and I loved them! Highly recommend this place. Update (June 2024): Visited this bar for the second time, and it didn't disappoint. The food was consistently good. The corn ribs are an absolute must-try—crispy, flavorful, and unique. The cheeseburger was ok.
Corn is good , chips very nice fried chicken burger is okay… very crispy but Korean fried chicken is much more tastier in my opinion😅 Nice vibe, good place to chill with colleague and friends after work, can be quite busy…
Believe the hype. The burgers are insane. The service was friendly and relaxed too which is a nice change. I like it when I eat at a nice place and it doesn’t feel like I’m being served by someone wearing a fake smile. Great spot and great food guys!
Great food and a really solid dining experience. Everything was well cooked and full of flavour, and the atmosphere was relaxed without feeling too casual. Service was friendly and well paced. Bread & Bone Wood Grill is definitely worth a visit if you’re after a proper sit-down meal.
Was great. Very helpful waiter / bar tender recommended best burgers in town _ he was right!!! Great food. Glad we stumbled on location at lunchtime . Looked empty but was upstairs . Good experience. Recommend highly.
Bread & Bone was a great experience from start to finish. The standout for us was the steak frites – absolutely spot on. The steak was cooked perfectly to temperature, with a beautiful sear on the outside and juicy, tender meat inside. Every bite had that rich, charred flavor you want from a good grill, without being overdone or chewy. And I have to mention the tater tots – seriously underrated and these were excellent. Super crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and really well seasoned. They’re the kind of side you start picking at and suddenly realise you’ve eaten the whole bowl. Overall, the food, friendly service, and relaxed atmosphere made it a really enjoyable visit. I’d definitely recommend Bread & Bone, especially if you’re a steak lover – the steak frites and tater tots combo is absolutely worth coming back for. 🥩🧂🥔
The brisket was tender and full of flavor, absolutely delicious. Dessert was just as impressive, caramelized banana with ice cream, perfectly balanced. Great food and a lovely dining experience overall!
My partner and I went out for dinner last night and ordered the $80 share-for-two meat platter. It was excellent — wings, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, fries, mac and cheese, and potato salad, all cooked perfectly with nothing to fault. For two people, $120 total for a huge meal we couldn’t even finish, plus a cocktail each, was a really good deal. It was a bit busy and loud, but I loved the music and the atmosphere. For the price, it’s a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back soon.
